Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Luso website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Large Groups Bookings

All group bookings require a €5 per person deposit. The deposit paid is taken off the bill at the end (Where the final numbers who arrive are lower than the sittings booked, the deposit from those no show diners is lost). Bookings can only be provisionally booked for 24 hours (or not at all closer to the dining date).

For groups of more than 6 people it is not possible to split the bill by item (Splitting the bill by amount is fine however).

Tables can only be held for 15 minutes beyond the agreed sitting time.

We have 3 main areas – our long tables in the upper seating area are generally reserved for couples and smaller groups. The lower seating area is often used for larger groups and groups should be aware that there is a walkway between the two sets of tables. The Black Horse lounge is used for larger groups. In all cases Luso will allocate the seating area (it will not be possible to change on the day) so please let us know if you have any preferences.

Intellectual Property: All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Luso website are the property of their respective owners. You may not use or display any trademarks without the prior written consent of the owner.

Limitation of Liability: Luso shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the website or reliance on its content.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luso, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the website or violation of these terms and conditions.

Modification of Terms: Luso reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and EU, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
