Our pizza is slow-proofed, sourdough and stone-baked using the best and freshest ingredients from local suppliers and Italian specialists. Our burgers are double patty, smashed beef burgers using our unique local dry-aged beef mix. We keep it simple and keep our focus on having the best-flavoured burgers in Ireland. Otherwise you can sample our many wines and craft beers in Luso, or avail of a full bar from the adjoining Black Horse Inn.
