Our Story
At Luso we provide high quality Pizza & Burger options in a relaxed environment. Our pizza is slow-proofed, sourdough and stone-baked using the best and freshest ingredients from local suppliers and Italian specialists. Our dough is slow proved over 72 hours and cooked in authentic Neopolitan style. Our burgers are double patty, smashed beef burgers using our unique local dry-aged beef mix. We keep it simple and keep our focus on having the best-flavoured burgers in Ireland. Otherwise you can sample our many wines, craft beers and cocktails in Luso, or avail of a full bar from the adjoining Black Horse Inn.
